cformsII plugin for wordpress customization

Hi, I am using cformsII plugin on my wordpress site. I want the form to be Multi-Part/Multi-Page and able to do that: FIRST FORM: User enters his contact details and press submit button. The second form opens. SECOND FORM: The user choose from a dropdown one of listed regions of email receivers and press submit button. The third form opens. THIRD FORM: Based on the selection in the second form, a list of email receivers in selected region should be visible here. All receivers should have checked checkboxes, and the user should be able to uncheck some of them. Then he goes to the latest form: FOURTH FORM: Here the user should view all data entered in previous 3 forms. This form is like a final verification of entered data. If everythink is ok, the user press Submit button. After that, data from the first form should be sent by email to checked receivers from the third form. The email message structure should be: FROM: sender's email address of the user, TO: Undisclosed-recipients Payable by escrow.
