Accounting web based Proj

Hi, My project is simple accounting programme, so it is only couple of forms and dashboards with user management & privileges. it comprises of four elements; 1. Branch dashboard wiht login to do invoicing, looking at entries at the db (the db is mysql and it is ready for every branch) , item costs, sending to printer commands ..etc other functions is returns, cusomter management (they are there at the db but a fucntion of adding customer is needed as well), seller discount option or capability (depending on his profile when setup by admin) ... we will do a sort of mock up of all that.. branch manager shall be able to add inventory to the branch .. move inventory items. 2. Management Dashboard this shall include the capabilties of doing reports on each branch by the ability to access all the dbs of all branches and see a sort of analysis of what items are sold the most at each branch, who is the active seller, who is the active customer ..etc 3. Accounting Dashboard should deal with all dbs of all branches to check up inventory take, reporting is needed as well to locate and check up what items is existed at each branch etc.. other functins may discussed later. 4. Main warehouse dashboard This is where inventory depart to all branches, it is the source and we need to keep up all the items here with their quanities, where did they sended ..etc I can help with the design of the forms but I need some one expert like you on the programming of ajax and php with data entry and data to be showed up from db(s). Each branch shall stand alone to feed up its own db and it has one dashboard which is (Branch Dash) other interfaces/dashboards are to be placed at the main branch of the company (headquarter) each branch should has its own db and this db should go at the end of the day to the main server at the internet (we can have a dedicated server for this purpose)- most branches do not have internet connection because they are located at rural areas. the main branch shall be able with the dashboards to bring all these dbs to the main local server to view the performance of each branch.
