Bug Fix Check out and Additional Table Rate Shipping Module

We actually have a cloned site on two different domains and need the same work done on both. Bug Fix: The fast-checkout contribution is installed on this site. The first screen repeats itself during checkout. So after the visitor enters their name,address, phone, email, etc and they click Continue. Check out does not take them to next step Payment information. This needs to be fixed. Additional Table Rate Shipping Shipping... I need one more table rate shipping module to work from Admin. I know our oscommerce has one already. We need another one. Table rate is as follows... 25:15,50:17,100:19,200:22,300:24,500:26,10000:29 During checkout shipping text should appear on screen as "Expedited Shipping - 2 business days" (without the quotation marks of course.)
