Hi Lee, As per my understanding you want a demonstration or customer feedback or marketing survey kind of Prototype, where the list of questionnaire will be their to answer and on submission Report need to show Here will be flow of Prototype and my question regarding the flow: - Splash Screen come for 2 sec - Login button where pre created account will be used to login ? you want sign up also ? - Need to put name and other details and then list of questions will come in 1 to 5 scale. Hi I'm Nick, I would like to ask a few questions before submitting my final bid. Would you require this application to be downloaded by anyone with an iPad or would you rather keep this closed source so that it only exists on your iPad? The reason I ask is because Apple Store approval time is not under a developer's or application owner's control so if you only require a prototype which would be a benchmark to a much larger future public release I think having the application on your iPad only (or selected vendors iPads) for the time being would be a good option. Also I would recommend use of Ionic Framework to build this application as it would help with the speed of coding and maintaining the application becomes very simple. Ionic uses Angular.js / JavaScript to build out application thus finding resources for future improvements become more manageable.
