Develop a Mac Application

Hello I am an OS X and iOS system and UI developer. I worked quite a lot of with the hardware and specifically Bluetooth, as well as networking (I created projects that work with Multipeer Connectivity, and generally used the whole networking stack from low level kernel drivers development on OS X to high-level client server applications development). I also heavily used Core Location frameworks and generally GPS tracking. Can you explain in more details what are you trying to achieve using iBeacons? Whereto the app should send the ibeacon notifications? I would be happy to help you with the project!
