Develop a Mac Application

Hi guys, I want to hire someone to create one pretty simple app, this is more like a service to me as I'm pretty busy with my schedule and I would like to get someone who can create this nice app for me :) App is pretty straightforward: 1. You will have ability to select .gif (animated image) that will create an object from it and it will be draggable on desktop :) 2. You will be also able to define additional list of .gif images and all of these images could be draggable on your screen. 3. Application should be hidden and icon only shown in task bar (you could also define it to start up of system) 4. Application should be designed very nice (you could use ready libraries or skins) Please write GIF in start of your bid, I will also need to see examples of your REAL apps and you will have to tell me if you understand everything.
