Develop a Mac Application

Here is a brief of what I want. Project Description: Design a Mac app or a Web Based that can sync projects and tasks to shared iCal calendars for up to 25 people and 15 tasks. Names and tasks to be edited easily. Similar to: [login to view URL] Timesheets/payroll tools are not required. I want it to look like the Calendar App with helvetica neue font etc. Simple paint in tasks on a daily basis that will then sync to the assigned persons iCal. Ability to: Set advanced planning by selecting days staff will work in a month view. Staff then drop into a daily view being On, but awaiting shift assignment. Enter time to create shift Edit shift detail by... select task and click to paint into the Daily planner. Click and drag option to paint in tasks? Ability to copy and paste shifts Filter by area/person, etc. Sync button to sync the week to the iCal Each different type task block to save to the ical separately Unassigned to maintain 'free space' in iCal. Print option for daily summary Admin/Edit Login Export individual employee roster to email option. Export Daily, Weekly, monthly reports
