Develop a Mac Application

Hi. I have a huge problem I've just run into... I need someone who knows for a fact 100% that they can do this project. If you can't please don't tell me you can by promising me the world and then fall short of my expectations later only to tell me you ran into problems. I MUST hire the right person for this... Please tell me if you can fix this and please tell me how. Thank you. Amazon where I do my ordering through to fill my customers orders has locked me out of my PRIME account which I must have because it gives me the free two day shipping which is a MUST. I don't know how Amazon is able to match my multiple accounts up and detect me but I need a tool developed that will keep me hidden from them. I use a proxy so they can't recognize the IP address I use but they are somehow still finding it I'm guessing and they are matching it up with other accounts i have with them. They match them up and then shut down all my accounts. I need a tool which will fix everything. I don't want my browsing footprint to show up for them. I want my MAC address to be able to be changed by me at the push of a button then changed back when I want. I want to hide my IP address still. I need a tool that will totally hide me AND beat their proxy detector. Can you do anything at all with this? Thanks
