A dish is has to do more than just taste delicious &look beautiful. Every bite should carry intent to increase health. As a chef I indulge food to often, this cause me lots of health problems a few years ago. Retraining my skills to focus only on health conscious dining. After eating my self healthy; studying vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, process free, raw, etc... I changed my style with all jobs over the last 5yrs during catering, art chef, craft services positions for TV/film. I share food to have others indulge in healthy delicious eating, and Id like to share it with you.
