Connect - Login - Retrieve

I need the fastest way to connect to a server, login using my credentials, and searching to see if 1000 people exist in the database. The server address is a direct link to a page that you insert information into, such as name/phone/date of birth etc. When you submit the form it returns possible matches, or none at all. I need to bulk search for people not one at a time. I need this to be fast. (It is a server at my place of employment, not an external site) Please Note: I just need you to write the connection/login/posting/output method. I will parse the data and distribute it as needed.
