Creating User Interface for Desktop Application

I want some body to create a user interface for specific application. the application is School Library Management, that work in Windows OS. I want to ceate the layouts, the screens and the icons for that application (around 5 screens and 5 icons). after I choose the winner bid I will provide him with the application functions so he can figure out the best UI design for it. the project should be delivered within 5 days (after selecting the winner bid), and our budget for this task is 100$
