Hello, is your Text-to-Speech project still ongoing? I could not contact you within Freelancer. I have made some test and analysing with Nuance SDK i could successfully interface it from Delphi. MicroSoft speech API has also Russian voices but the ones from Nuance have more quality. If interested ccontact me. Regards Shine
