Custom Project Management System

We imagine this software as a custom project management system which will be used in specific organization (not global use) with precisely defined document and material flow. 1. Software will have a place where will be shown all offers which company made to others (name, date, price, status etc..), chart view ( offer status, offer price etc...), main functionality (add new, delete, edit, auto create project - later stage), additional func. (attach documents to offer - any kind of doc available for download) 2. Software will have place where will be shown all projects which company get according to offer or stand alone and company works on them, chart view main and add functionality (see 1.), create project after "offer" changes it status to "Accepted" or some appropriate status. Tasks for project with main funct, SOME FREE GANTT CHART CONTROL FOR TASKS IN THIS PROJECT. 3. Document and material flow assigned to some project. Eg. "For some building we need 10K bricks" should be requested by project manager, reviewed by sales guy approved by financial guy or director... 4. Scheduler control with public and private schedule items 5. Generating protovol number for internal use with main and add funct. 6. Small version of bugtracker with main functionalities. 7. Dash board with most important data (top 5 schedule items, bugtracker items assigned to me etc) Graphical design is not most important but is god to have. Source code needs to be delivered but also you can keep it for your self. All controls used should be free or with valid license. Budget is aroung 1000$ and 20 days for work.
