Delphi treeview control that works with mysql "Nested set model" table

Managing hierarchical data in mysql besides the "Adjacency List Model" can be done also using "Nested set model" (introducing 2 extra columns in the table: "lft" and "rght") This model is described here: [login to view URL] where you can find ready code for adding, deleting nodes, displaying tree etc.. What i need is a simple delphi program with a treeview that will represent the hierarchical data from the table. It should allow user to add nodes, subnodes, delete nodes and moving nodes (drag&drop) from one parent to other parent (including its subnodes). These operation on treeview should then update the database table so the table the the treeview represent the same hierarchical structure.
