Create a Portal in .net and MySQL R1

Pls dont award before discussing I have gone through with your HTML file and the Database file and found that you want to built a portal where you want to provide the below facility to your customer: There will be FREE 40 best TV channels for the users and user will be able to See the best Russian, Israeli, Ukrainian, and other TV channels and thousands of movies using the site and can look at the latest VOD movies in HD and 3D as Watch your favorite movies and TV shows anywhere. Now, after gone through with your requirement I have found there will be a Registration option and this will be a 2 page registration functionality. You are interested for web service so we will use a sign_up method in the service to complete it. Now, after registration we will send an email to the user and they have to be verify their account to login. We will develop a Login Method in service and we will call this method to authenticate the registered user. Now, as I have seen in the HTML there is so many task which you have not mentioned in the requirement: 1. I have found that there is Facebook integration in your application. 2. I have found that there is subscription plan in your website and you want to use paypal in this occasion. 3. There is multilingual option in your portal one is Russian and another is English. So, can you please specify that is this will be in the scope of the project or not? I am assuming that there is a need of Admin control panel to maintain the subscription pan
