Aritcles editor form

I have a Hebrew site ([login to view URL]) built in asp classic and users can sign in and have there some features. One of their options is to add articles to the site. Until now I used to ask them to send word document and I did it for them. Now I'd like them to do it by themselves. The current db is an access mdb and I'd like to replace it to MySQL db, so this project will be built with MySql db that you will need to create based on the same structure of the old access mdb. Then you will have to build new form that users would be able to add/edit/delete their articles. In the attached you can see powerpoint example of the principle of the form, and mdb file that can show you the main table and fields of the DB. * it can be done with asp .net (VB) or classic asp. * It can also be done in PHP * It must be supported perfectly in Hebrew (RTL laguage) and English equally. *** Because users upload articles by themselves I don't want every page will look different and therefore I need the editor will have very basic options as you can see in the page 2 of the pptx file (bold, italic, underline, few styles and very few more options). Note: I'll bring the user to the page (after login), you just have to verify that the user will be the only one that could see this page based on their ID number that I'll send from the previous (the login) page (I'll give you few conditions and sessions to verify the user access). Also me (as admin) should have permission to edit/add/delete their articles. Regards Rafi
