Develop an IOS / Android App

App is very similar to the UBER app but this is just for home maintenance and promotional services. Will need a Client section where the client can take a picture of the "Incident" give a brief description, The client then gets a drop down list of Service providers closest in the area - The client can then read some feed back of the specific service providers and see how good they are rated, after choosing a service provider the information is then sent to the contractor who then attends to the work. After work is completed the client initiates payment from his side and the service provider receives his part of the payment and the remaining funds are then paid to the Appholder. In my opinion you will need a service providers app interface and a Client app interface. Client needs Geolocation and an automated payment section.
