I have a website "[login to view URL]" which is not mobile friendly (as per google). I want to make this website mobile friendly. generally this will have a programming coding (mainly CSS) which will check the the device and if it is mobile device, then mobile version of CSS will run. So at one place there will be two CSS (or compatible) codes where any of the code will run at a time based on the device.

Making a website mobile-friendly is pretty straightforward, and there are several ways to go.
