Color apples

I do program in .net for fun and know a bit of java... but I've never created an app an would like a skeleton made for me. I need a tablet that can connect to at least 3 cellphones via bluetooth. This can be as simple as you'd like but the object is to have a textbox on the tablet where you can enter in a number and send it to the next cellphone. The phone then picks any number to add to it and then the total is pushed back to display on the tablet... then the button on the tablet is pushed again and it goes to the next cellphone... so on and so forth.
