Changes in an ex Android application

We've got an android application which requires few UX fixes as well as other changes. 1. Add the spacing between rating stars and make it width like iOS (ss attached) maybe needs to create 5 separate stars in android(with click events) 2. Each Feedback should also have Full Address with other values (ss attached). 3. Feedback should display in descending order, new feedbacks first(ss attached). 4. Add spacing between each users feedbacks(ss attached) 5. Calendar customizations and fixes(ss attached) and needs to popout values from webservice. 6. Currently 91 is hardcoded on sending, put the default value in textbox as 91, and the user needs a provision to change the value 7. Mobile number formating as iOS 8. Currently there's a popup displayed on clicking the feedback of a user, it needs to be put for all feedbacks. 9. The submit button cant be seen without clicking the back button, previously it was scrollable. 10.
