So I have a video streaming app which when installed on any users phone it also adds a contact number in the phone book, now I want to send a broadcast to say 10000 people using watsapp on whose contact list I am already added, so want someone to develop a web based application that can use watsapp as sending medium to do broadcast to these 10000k people who have saved my number in phone book, also in reporting want to track who have seen and how many have been delivered.
