App devlopment IOS version

I am the founder of 'Posr', and my vision is to create a fun, travel friendly app (IOS version) whereby it will enable users to simply: 1. Pick a destination From a world map. Users can select a country and bring up a list of images taken in that country (display, accessibility and configuration of such visibility will need to be discussed with the chosen app developer.) 2. Geotag images The image that appears next is the outline of the country you selected with images taken in that country dotted around different cities. Essentially pictures taken from the App or even from a normal camera phone (when shared to the app) can be plotted onto the map. Fundamentally any image taken via the app (through the user's integrated camera) must be geotagged automatically to ensure that the photo is "pinned" on to the map itself for other users to view). 3. Create a "posing" adventure The user will select the picture and, together with an integrated map function (such as the Google API), is able to get directions to that exact location. 4. Other users can like the poses and follow the user and message (like instagram) the user can tag the location with a list of keywords eg. Museum, Nightclub etc. emojis and a short description not hashtags. They can then select the pictures and drag and drop it to an icon. Effectively saving the images they like on their timeline. I already have a UI image process map drawn in addition to text to complement the map. This will, of course, be shared in due course. I require a basic but workable, quality and aesthetically pleasing app that delivers on the functions listed above but, more importantly and particularly for Version 1 of the app, for a competitive price. I will also request the coding transcript of the app as i am currently learning and would be interested in seeing the language used.
