create a new Phone App+linked website

Hey guys,\r\n\r\nI am looking to create a mobile app platform for Vehicle appraisals that will support taking pictures.\r\n\r\nI want it to have step by step system on a smooth easy to understand platform.\r\n\r\nonce all the data is entered it should link onto a website where this information can be viewed by outside source\\\'s.\r\n\r\nThe ability for the app to email a PDF document of the data minus the pictures is also needed.\r\n\r\nThe app needs to have a subscription level so login details ect.\r\n\r\nThis app will be used by large company\\\'s so this is more about quality and intuitive design rather than a deadline.\r\n\r\nRegards,\r\nDavid
