I need simple iphone and android application which will have a splash screen image displayed for few seconds and after that it goes to pre-defined website. User should not see that it is just a website (no adress bar, no additional header, just an embedded web browser pointing to one address). Meanwhile website contents are being loaded, the application should display notification somewhere (can be discussed). I need to publish this app to appstore and google play under my own accounts (which i already have registered).
