Dear Candidates, We are looking to develop a data collection, aggregation and reporting system. Ideally, using ODK (Open Data Kit) with X-forms as the front end and a online portal with content management features. The person should be able to setup ODK components using the available code and also be able to train on customization of application front end/Xforms available on an andriod ph for field workers to collect data based on targeted subject based survey. Candidates with prior ODK customization experience will be preferred. Timeline and Budget will be decided based after discussion with the selected candidate.
