BlackBerry, J2ME, RimOS - Login Screen & UI Enhancements

We have a very simple App with a 3 screen user interface. Each screen comprises a list with icons, title text and description text. 1 screen has a progress bar. We need a BlackBerry UI expert to do the following: - Add a Login screen (username & password - UI only) - Make sure that the UI renders nicely on different screen sizes - Make some minor improvements to the look & feel (please see video and advise) Please send screenshots/video of BlackBerry applications that you have designed.
