i need a software through which i can chat over WLAN without internet connectivity from my tablet PC to my Desktop/Laptop (windows) and vice versa. the software must have an android client and a windows client. The functionality of the software are chatting/instant messaging and file-sharing. There are alot of similar softwares available but the problem is that they are not cross platform. For reference you can see "VYPRESS CAHT" it is the software which works on windows only. so here is the deal:: Develop me a software which has both android and a windows client. provide me the quote in the bid and the time required to develop it. If a already developed software is available in the market you ca refer me to it. if that works for me i will pay you for that too. send me PM if any thing is not clear.
