App thats connects with website (login)

We like to have a simple android app create in addition to our website. Existing: The website has a login for clients where (after login) they can scan a barcode (with regular hand scanner) and it gives results (which can be selected/unselected). This is already working on the website itself We want: A very simple android app with login for the client. (login to the website) Use the phone camera as a scanner to scan a barcode (after login). The scanned barcode will display results from the webiste, and the item can be slected or unselected. App doesnt need to be published to the store

do you have the webservice APIs for app to call to login ? I am the individual professional developer in Android platform, and have more than 5 years experience on this platform.
