Android simple supply usage management

I need to build an easy android application. Graphics will be provided. It will be used for stock management by logistics company. The company needs to know what customers consumed (mainly food and beverages) Idea is that client will empty bottle of milk and before throwing to trashcan he will use android app to take a picture of product / to scan a ean code. This image / code will be imediatelly sent to a customer. So an application that will have two main possibilities a) take a picture b) scan an EAN code after taking a picture, customer will have a chance to review taken picture and possibly make another attempt (if the quality is bad) after he agree with the picture another screen appear. The screen where customer is able to provide quantity consumed. Default chosen "1". After submit picture / code and quantity is sent by e-mail to hardcoded e-mail address to logistics company. That's all at the first phase of development. I am looking rather for someone for future development of this application. Not one time project. Require source code to be provided.
