Android - Basic Downloader & GCM

I am working on a mobile application and need someone to write the following functionality: - Google Cloud Messaging ID to be sent to my server using GET whenever the Registration ID changes. I need to be able to call this from other parts of the application as it will need to be re-sent if a setting is changed within the preferences. The code needs to provide a variable that can be changed to specify the server URL and GET parameters to be easily changed. - Google Cloud Messaging Listener that waits for data to be passed (in the form of JSON) which it then reads. Within that data there will be a URL to a file that it needs to begin downloading. A notification needs to be displayed to track the download progress. Once the download is complete it needs to ping a URL with certain data to notify of its completion. You can assume the JSON will come with the following keys: title, artist, link, image_link. - If the link cannot be downloaded using regular HTTP then it must be able to use RTMP to download the file. The code needs to be clear to allow for easy integration with the application, I need this to be completed as quickly as possible and if I'm happy with the service and speed I'll work with the developer again as I have more jobs.
