Android App Development

I want to get my app developed for Android. This app has 15-17 low to medium complexity screens / pages. Due to NDA I cannot release much details about the app unless the developer selected will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with me. For you to get an idea of the complexity, this app will exploit the following technical functionalities: 1. Different screen layouts - few post forms, infinite scrolling list view like search results page, profile page,. You should be good at creating screen from images which will be provided to you. 2. Send SMS 3. Capture Image and Video and send to server 4. REST based calls to server made using RoboSpice 5. Client side piece of PUSH Notification 6. Playback Video, show Pictures in few pages. 7. Record Voice in app 8. Show location in Map 9. Use of Fragments where required. I want this as a Native App only. No webview based technology like PhoneGap. This app must work on Tablets as well as phones of all sizes. You are required to give me specification for the screen images which I shall provide you.
