I can decompile and rebuild apks. this is a very simple task. I am more interested in the "other" related work however I can do this in a very short time.

I understand the code would be obfusicated with proguard. You should send me the apk file. I would try understanding the code and rebuilding it. If the apk is compiled and functioning properly you can award me the project. I do have experience working with apk tool, dex2jar and jdgui.
