In fact what you need is generation from 3 CSV one CSV file. records are matched by the CompanyNumber. The fact that it will later be exported to Access I understand is not very relevant. I can deliver by end of tomorrow. I also have 2 questions: 1. Address in the resulting field. You add country/city|street from denomination? what is address format? 2. contact type and value of contact type I do not see on result CSV. why do we need adres_insert then?

I have more than 10 years experience developing all kinds of data manipulation Access utilities. Design would be to press one button, select the 3 files (can set default directories) and produce the CSV file. Utility will merge the 3 files based not he company number and produce the desired file. No charge for enhancements or bug fixes within 90 days of initial delivery.

I am an expert in Microsoft Access. I have performed the task of looping through multiple input files residing in a shared folder for import into an Access table. This table can then easily be exported to a shared folder with all the required data elements. I would love to learn more about this project. Paul
