Build Access Database, Forms, Queries

Hello, Objective: Construct an Access Database to accommodate data capture and documentation of a Quality Control process. A set of Input Forms will provide data entry fields per a defined process. A set of queries are needed to return specific information to the User. Basic Requirements: 1. Design Database and tables to store QC Process Data Inputs 2. Construct 6 User Input Forms for data capture 3. Develop 12-15 queries to return statistics and/or data points Additional Information: Please see attached Flow Charts describing "Raw Materials" and "Finished Goods" Form Mock-Ups will be provided with data type (e.g. option set, text, number) Scope: We would like to complete the project in 3 phases, once scope is narrowly defined. 1. Initial Build 2. Review/Modification Round 1 3. Review/Modification Round 2 If necessary, additional small changes may be required. Workspace: If necessary, you will be provided with a Virtual Host to complete your work. Compensation: We are open to Fixed Rate and Hourly compensation terms.
