wrong PHP-Version in SSH shown, magento compiler does not work

I'm running a ubuntu machine with a installed magento 2.1.x version. Magento is running good (with php 7.x) and it's shown properly in plesk.
when I try to compile via "php bin/magento setup:upgrade" via ssh I get an error PHP Parse error: "syntax error, unexpected '.' in /var/www/vhosts/*/httpdocs/vendor/magento/framework/ObjectManager/Factory/[login to view URL] on line 93"
php -v shows: PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.21 (cli) (built: Feb 9 2017 20:54:58)
