Cpanel Virtual Server Lost IP Address

Our CPanel server was running fine on an LXC Instance (Linux Container) - then we did a reboot of the server and it has lost it's ip address and is down... Also we are unable to lxc-console into the instance to do an ifconfig, to see what network address it thnks it has. We dont have access to the virtual machine but we do have access to the virtual host. We need some help getting this machine to work.
