Capture LAN RTSP & Broadcast RTMP FFMPEG

Hello there. You probably meant restreaming of rtsp to rtmp(unicast), because broadcast is one to many type of streaming. Is it going to be something like Wowza sever to restream rtmp to? Anyway, I think I can handle this project, but to get things done quickly - I will need ssh access to the Debian server.

Hey I have developed one software with Webcam to RTMP Stream. I can do it for you. If you buy me a IP camera or give me IP of already baugt RTMP camera. For Background I would like to tell you that I am active FFMpeg Maintainer. and can do the job for You. If you want you can check MAINTAINER page of FFmpeg and search for Anshul Maheshwari.
