We are looking to build a database of current class action lawsuits with the following criteria: - is looking for a settlement of 50 million or more - has been filed with the court OR is about to be filed - is not settled yet We would need the claimant, short description of the claim, the defendant and the law firm working for the claimant. For the law firm we would need a way to contact the team that is likely working on the lawsuit (i.e. office location, phone number, partners, email) The class action suit can be in any market but usually will be in US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland.
