Design of form

All, i need to have a registratioform designed for joomla. The formular has to have the same look and feel as the one seen on Saxobank.com. It is very important that the formular act as the form on [login to view URL] The formdesign has been started but not yet completed. The design can be seen here: [login to view URL] The colors/layout of the current form can be maintained. The things that needs to be applied are the setup of the form and the way it act. For full description of what the formfields should contain would be forwarded if requested. The deadline for this project is end of business day Monday 10th of May (1600 Local Time, Denmark). Escrow won't be provided until the project is completed and approved. This is just meant as a precaution from our side, due to some issues with past providers.
