D3 Ordinal Parallel coordinate plot on website

I am working on a website, and want to include an ordinal d3 parallel coordinate plot on one of the pages. I have the Java script and html code for what I want with slight changes, however I need help putting this on my website page. The resource for getting the code is: [login to view URL] If you look into the example files, I am looking for an execution similar to that of the "reditt" or "upload" example with my csv data pre-loaded. So, when someone goes to the page, they see the d3 graph. The data I want to use is attached.
