Bulgarian programmer needed for full-time ASP.NET work

We are looking to hire an excellent programmer in Bulgaria for ongoing development work using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server 2000. The position is for full-time work. Some of the work will be maintaining existing web applications that our company developed, and some will be to develop new applications for our company. The work can be done from home or in an office. Good English language skills are required.
