Business/Commercial Website Develop

I need a business website built. Person must be able to do raw coding with Javascript, html, php, xml, html5 and any other necessary languange. NO WORDPRESS OR ANY PLATFORM SIMILAR ( I NEED RAW CODE THAT CAN BE UPLOAD VIA FTP) Website will contain a homepage, about company, about service, photo gallery, video gallery, testimonials, reservation page, and a shopping page. I need drop down menus from the toolbar using javascript, jquery, or jspry. The toolbar must look very clean and will run the entire length of the homepage with the background picture in the background A reliable, clean, and functional shopping cart independent of paypal is essential (we have a business bank account and would like to integrate it with the website). If open source cart is used, it must be compliant and secure. Background images, photo and video gallery, and shopping page must be easily update-able on user end. On page SEO is also essential in meta tags, descriptions, etc for specified keywords. A toolbar that spans horizontally across the website, with a high quality background image ( provided by us) will be the basic layout for the entire page. I would like the toolbar in the middle and not at the top or bottom. This company needs a reservation system (Tour company) with a Calendar implemented that will provide dates with openings and dates with which there are NO available reservations. I am assuming this may need a database and also the knowledge on how to integrate that with the current businesses reservation system. CUSTOMERS MUST BE ABLE TO LOG IN, SELECT A DATE/TIME ON THE CALENDAR, PAY FOR IT BY CREDIT CARD, and have SENT CONFIRMATION TO BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND TO THE COMPANY, WHILE BLOCKING OTHER PEOPLE FROM SELECTING THE DATE/TIME WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY PAYED FOR.
