Delivery Date Picker on checkout page Magento

I require a delivery date picker to be added at the checkout stage of my magneto store. if they select "Delivery Service" (see image) for this date picker... No deliveries saturday, sunday or Monday also require a store pick up date picker if "Pickup your cake" is selected and no pick up on sundays . plus the ability to have specific dates not selectable, well only two weeks over christmas! Also for both ideally a popup or something for the customer to confirm the dates selected, plus the date needs to show on invoice and ideally in the backend?
