I need a form built where the user can choose from 4 shapes. (elips, circle, rectangle and square) then have the option of uploading an image file and/or enter text. should be able to choose from font options and colors.. (background always white except for uploaded images) The text should be viewable in the selected shape, with the ability to size and move. Uploaded images will need to be able to size and move. Image will be cropped to the chosen shape. Once the "design" is completed in the form, it will need to be saved-sent. (NOTE: this job is only for the form, the rest of the site is under construction by myself) SEE ATTACHED FLOW CHART

Sounds great. My bid is assuming that your doing all the processing to save and send the created file. I've got a really nice design in mind, and already know exactly how I'll do the javascript (I've created image editing forms before for previous applications I've worked on).
