I am designing an online portfolio for my artworks so Im looking for an experienced Back-End Web Developer to build a template for a website. The template should be manageable through a simple and mainstream CMS. Some features needed for the website include: - Dynamic Sliding Menus - Gallery - News Feed - Contact The website should be self contained with and must function and be compliant with Web Standards. And must be composed using only HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/AJAX No Flash. I am a Sydney based Designer and Artist so the graphics will all be done by me; this is simply a technical brief.
