Hi I'm a Python/Django Web application Developer based in Basingstoke. I am also a software designer, so I can help spec out and model your project clearly for you. For development, I would need to discuss the project with you first, but in-order to achieve the web and app interfaces, we would build an API server first. We can then discuss the interfaces. I recommend Python/Flask for this project considering what you told about your skill level. Python is a very easy language to work on and Flask is a simple framework to understand. This means with some time you can figure out how to work on it and be able to comfortably work with any developer. More importantly in a week or two you would be able to do the code review yourself, this means more transparency and be able to work with any developer in the future. I could've gone with Node.js framework but they need some time and investment for you to understand. I'm skilled in Python, MEAN stack(Mongo/Express/Angular/Node), Postgres, Redis. I know Bootstrap and can work on any UI framework. On platforms I can work on both Heroku and AWS. I also have some scraping experience with Scrapy. My weekly target is GBP 360 or USD 600. And I expect the payment be done weekly with clearly defined weekly milestones. For the first 3 weeks I would like to work for less so you can see how I work, from there I would be liked to be paid as per my standard rate.
