Converting MS Access DB to Java

I have a database application written in VBA (MSACCESS 2010). This MSACCESS Application works with an extern SQL Database (SQL Express or whatever) and do some import/export with Excel files The project has 15 forms, 15 reports, 30 tables and round about 4000 code lines in vba (main forms see attachment) It is an application for project management, cost controlling and project controlling At the end the project should run with a server application (SQL, Java servlets) and should run in a webbrowser in intranet, in a second stage in the web (security issues should be discussed) In a first step the 15 forms should be transfered from Access to Java, using a free editor like Eclipse or so on. (icluding graphical layout and menu-structure) In the following steps comes the data connection, the internal calculation and creating of reports and maybe a manual written in English. If someone is interestet, we can arrange an rdp-Access to a test server in order to play arround with the existing program. For starting up I'd like to get an offer for the first step mentioned above (just the forms and designs). After that we will decide about the further doing.
