We need a simple website built that only does check people out by selling vouchers to them. Buyers can choose the value of the voucher they are buying from a drop-down menu and pay through the installed payment gateway, then the buyer can use the received voucher as a payment method in the participating websites, which will be connected to the mentioned website through the API provided to them. We need well-established developers with high ratings for this job.

Hi, I have 4-5 years of Java experience, and have done quite a few projects (I find that it is my preferred project) to do Java-based API servers. My plan for this project is to use Netty to handle the HTTP requests RESTfully. I'm not going to go into too much detail in this bid offer because of the public-ness of it, but if you want to see a skeleton that I have ready I would be more than happy to show you that. If the voucher system is based off of a popular database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc etc) then it would be even easier than I am anticipating.
