customizing and new features to open source java PDF viewer

Goal: make viewer abosolutely user friendly also for not skilled users. That means hiding features we do not need and adding features we need, all in user friendly way. "add icon to pdf document" = icon is image from icons gallery (we already have icons). User is choosing icon from gallery. After adding of the icon is supposed to be shown a "parameter" box with additional information. User is able to set parameters/additional information. Additional information are: name, price, id code, metrics. Quantity of parameters are subject to change in the future. All parameters are written by user to the text box, except metrics. Parameter metric is to be chosen from dropdown menu. Entries to dropdown menu are set in program´s general options. It will be for example: units, kilogram, gram, m2, .. One of the entries is set as default. After confirmation of parameters by Save button, icon is placed to PDF (user choose where to PDF .. drag-drop) All parameters set in process of adding icon to PDF document are remembered. After clicking on the button "Export products", all the remembered parameters are exported to CSV file. Please add button "Export products" near "add icon to pdf document" button. Each added icon have to be a link (like link created with link annotation tool) and should have this format: add?param1=value1&param2=value2&param.... where paramX is the name of the parameter and valueX is the value set by the user for the added icon.
