Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I have an online clothing store and I need an PPC manager or multiple freelancers who know fashion. the candidate should be highly skilled in: generating converting traffic,ad creation,keyword research,market research,trends, and other traffic driving methods adwords,facebook, salesfore,etc. Must have good communication skills and keep me updated. The job will be a very key factor in generating income so if the candidate is not skilled in the areas mentioned please do not apply. if performance does not generate results you will be terminated immediately however if the employee generates positive results you will be rewarded and able to grow with the company.
